Programme on Prevention of HIV/AIDS

Since the organisation is working with the groups of high risk behaviour such as drug addict and destitute women it is most important to sensitise those groups about prevention of HIV/AIDS. So this year awareness programmes were organised in occasion of observance of ‘International Day against Prevention of HIV/AIDS’ in the campus of Project Swarajya and Project Swarajya Nisha Mukti Kendra, Barimula, Kendrapara on Dec 1st, 2021. All inmates of both Cuttack and Kendrapara IRCAs, inmates of Swarajya Swadhar Greh, staff members and student were participated in the programme. Dr Ashrumochan Sahoo, Associate Professor of SCB Medical College and Hospital, Dept of Psychiatry in Cuttack and Mr Byasdev Bewarta Social Activist in Kendrapara were the Resource Persons. Ms Ruksana Khan, Mr Prasanta Dalbehera and Mr Debendra Prasad Mohanty Ms Sukantilata Mahunta and Ms Sasmita Behera also took part as resource persons.
